Precision Linear Guide based CNC wood router in 2 sizes (2 feet x 4 feet And 4 feet x 8 feet) working area.

The CNC router designed by us is for more simplicity in wood processing with minimum maintainence and maximise output for the wood based processing industry, the Router is capable of handling spindles upto 7.5KW (10HP) - there is high scope for future enhancements to the same machine.

The basic machines come with the 2.2KW water cooled / 3KW air cooled spindle and as most control components are in-house developed - we guarantee a max 1 day downtime in case of downs. Use of precision grade linear slides, ball screws and ground rack provides for exact positioning and results in a high end product.

    9. Control panel with 15” LCD Monitor
    10. Aluminum PT50 shaped table profile
    11. Height of gantry 200 mm from the bed of the table.
    12. Machine base manufactured using 120 x240 x 5mm thk TATA tubes, CO2 welded and stress relieved.
    13. Centralized Oil lubrication

    Offer : 2hp Dust collector, 6 tools and 3 ER20 collets  free with the machine.

    Unless otherwise specified the machine will be painted in White color.
