OP-DRG-25x35xR75 Cable Drag Chain
Plastic cable drag chain, 25 mm high x 35 mm wide, 75 mm bending radius, 1000 mm length.
Overview
The OP-DRG-25x35xR75 is a plastic cable drag chain for routing motor, encoder and sensor cables alongside a moving axis without them dragging on the machine bed or tangling on themselves.
Its cross-section is 25 mm high by 35 mm wide, the narrowest of the 25 mm-high chains in this range, suited to a smaller cable bundle. The 75 mm bending radius sets how tight a loop the chain can fold into as the axis travels - it is the smallest radius among the 25 mm-high chains, so it fits tighter mounting spaces at the cost of being less forgiving of stiff cables.
It is supplied in a 1000 mm length and can be cut to size, in black plastic marked with colour dots for identifying chain segments during assembly.
Open-link construction lets cables be laid in from the side rather than threaded end to end, which matters when a cable already has connectors on both ends.
For a wider bundle needing the same 25 mm height, the OP-DRG-25x50xR100 and OP-DRG-25x100xR100 step up in width and bending radius.
Supplied by Tiny Controls in India.

Questions
My mounting space is pretty tight — will the bend radius on this actually fit?
This has the smallest bending radius of the 25mm-high chains in the range, so it's the one that fits into tighter mounting spaces.
Is there a downside to that tighter radius?
Yes — it's less forgiving of stiff cables than the wider-radius chains in this range, which is the tradeoff for fitting a smaller space.
Does it come with end connectors already fitted?
Not stated for this size — check before assuming, since it isn't mentioned in this listing the way it is on the smaller 10x10/7x7 chains.
Can I trim it to a shorter length?
Yes — it's supplied in a 1000mm length and can be cut to size.
