Power cable, 3 meter
Power cable, 3 meter, for connecting a closed-loop stepper drive's output to the motor.
Overview
The PC1-030 is a 3 meter power cable, carrying motor phase current from a closed-loop stepper drive's output to the motor windings.
This is the power connection, separate from the encoder feedback connection the EC1-030/EC1-080 cables provide - a closed-loop system such as the SDW60 or SDW86 drive needs both cables, one for driving the motor and one for reading its encoder back, and neither substitutes for the other. This cable is sold separately from both the drive and the motor, so it needs ordering alongside them rather than assumed included.
3 meters suits a drive mounted reasonably close to the motor; for a longer run, the PC1-080 covers 7 meters instead. Keep this cable's routing away from low-level signal wiring such as the encoder cable where practical, since it carries the motor's full phase current and can induce noise into a nearby signal line.

Questions
I already ordered the encoder cable — do I still need this too?
Yes — they're separate connections that do different jobs. A closed-loop system needs both: this one drives the motor, the encoder cable reads it back, and neither substitutes for the other.
What does this cable actually carry?
Motor phase current, from the closed-loop drive's output to the motor windings.
3 meters isn't long enough for my setup — is there a longer version?
Yes — the PC1-080 covers 7 meters instead.
