Overview

The TS-34 is a 3.2 kW spindle for heavier routing and milling, identical in power, speed and body size to the TS-30 but wound for a 380 V three-phase supply.

It runs at 10,000-24,000 rpm and takes tooling through an ER20 collet. The body is 100 mm in diameter and 260 mm long, weighing 6.8 kg.

Power is 3.2 kW, drawn from a 380 V three-phase supply at 8.5 A through a variable frequency drive sized for the motor; the VFD's output frequency sets the running speed within the rated range. The higher supply voltage means lower current than the 220 V TS-30 for the same power, which eases the load on supply wiring in workshops already running 380 V three-phase.

Where only a 220 V three-phase supply is available, the TS-30 delivers the same 3.2 kW and speed range wound for that voltage instead.
