TS-45 4.5KW Spindle Motor (380V)
4.5 kW round-body AC spindle, 10,000-24,000 rpm, ER20 collet, 100 mm dia x 300 mm, 8.5 kg, 380 V three-phase.
Overview
The TS-45 is a 4.5 kW spindle in the same round body style as the TS-30/TS-34, the highest-power spindle in this catalogue still fitted with an ER20 collet.
It runs at 10,000-24,000 rpm, the same range as the smaller ER20 spindles, and holds tooling in an ER20 collet. The body is 100 mm in diameter and 300 mm long - longer than the 260 mm TS-30/TS-34 to fit the larger winding - and weighs 8.5 kg.
Power is 4.5 kW, drawn from a 380 V three-phase supply at 12 A through a variable frequency drive sized for the motor; the VFD's output frequency sets the running speed within the rated range.
For the same power in a lower-rpm, heavier-cut square body instead, the TS-46 delivers 4.5 kW through an ER32 collet at 6,000-18,000 rpm.
Supplied by Tiny Controls in India.

Questions
Is this the highest power you offer with an ER20 collet, or does it go higher?
This is the ceiling — 4.5 kW is the highest-power spindle in the catalogue still fitted with an ER20 collet.
Same diameter as the TS-30/TS-34 — why is this one longer?
Same 100mm body diameter, but 300mm long versus their 260mm, to fit the larger winding this power level needs.
I need a bigger collet than ER20 at similar power — is there an option?
The TS-46 — same 4.5 kW, but an ER32 collet and a lower-rpm, heavier-cut square body (6,000-18,000 rpm) instead of this one's round body.
What does it need to run?
4.5 kW from a 380 V three-phase supply at 12 A, through a VFD.
